Announcement: Executive Search Expert Jose J. Ruiz, to speak at ENEX Global Annual Meeting 2024

San Diego, May 21, 2024 – ENEX and the Global Annual Meeting (GAM) committee  is thrilled to announce that CEO José J. Ruiz, an acclaimed Expert in Executive Search, succession planning, board composition, leadership and organizational effectiveness, will be a keynote speaker at the upcoming GAM 2024.

Mr. José J. Ruiz will speak to our ENEX Partners about A.I. and the ever growing impact onto the business of Executive Search.

José J. Ruiz is a business leader with a solid track record in the identification and attraction of executive, senior professionals and Board members from the United States and Mexico, as well as other parts of North America and Latin America.

He currently holds the position of CEO at Alder Koten, a consulting firm specialized in Executive Search integrated in the multinational IMD group, and President of Anker Bioss, an organization focused on the cultural transformation and improvement of organizational dynamics.

He also holds the position of President of the NPO Capitalismo Consciente México (Conscious Capitalism Mexico), which is committed to a better way of doing business that is prosperous and positive for the environment, in which people and sustainability play the leading role.

His extensive experience in various areas (IT, sales, food and hospitality, finance...) as well as his profile focused on leadership, innovation and the development of high performance teams make José J. Ruiz a first class speaker. No one is better suited to speak about one of the biggest transformations that our industry is undergoing: the impact of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) in Executive Search.
